Mimosa

  • Mix equal parts of chilled white wine such as Pino Grigio and orange juice.
  • Inject CO2 gas into carbonate. Shake or swirl bottle to
    mix them better. Let stand 5 seconds and then release pressure with slow and fast controls.
  • Pour slowly into the champagne flute
