Drinkmate Lime Peppermint Syrup
Peppermint leaves, strained in 2 cups water
1/4 cup stevia or similar sweetener
1 tablespoon of lime extract
Add water to Drinkmate bottle to about 5 oz below the fill line

What you need:
30ml of espresso or 100ml of cold brew concentrate (try this recipe!)
Optional:
Simple sugar syrup
Flavouring (Hazelnut, Vanilla, Caramel)

Cream
Instructions:
Pour the coffee, syrup, and flavoring into your Drinkmate. Carbonate! Pour over ice. Add a squeeze of lemon to taste, and top it with cream if you prefer.
